The Christmas shopping is done, the celebrations have come to an end and it’s finally time to relax (and you deserve it)! Every Christmas is the same, the manic shopping, the crazy relatives and the office Secret Santa.

Pamper yourself

As much as we all love Christmas, there’s no denying the stress that comes with it. When was the last time you booked a massage? When was the last time you booked a facial? It’s time to de-stress the right way, with some beauty TLC.

Detox

After Christmas and all that indulging, your body, skin and hair will love you again if you take in the right vitamins and nutrients. As much as we all love mince pies and chocolate, they just don’t love us back (sad). A sugary diet causes outbreaks, so make sure you pack your diet full of goodness in January to compensate!

Do something new

Whether it’s going for a run every morning or taking up a yoga class, doing something new is a great thing to set your mind to in the New Year. Doing something new will keep you motivated and there’s no better time to try something you’ve always wanted to, as the New Year approaches. New Year, new you!

Take a break from your phone

Disconnecting yourself from your phone unplugs you from everybody else’s worry. Instead of checking your phone every 5 minutes, turn your phone off and, if you can, pull yourself away from every piece of technology in your house. Sit down with a book, take a hot bath or go for a run. We promise you, you’ll feel better for it!

Set goals

With the New Year around the corner, now is the perfect time to reflect on the past year and set some new goals for 2017. Whether that’s simply sticking to a skincare routine that works for you or something bigger like changing your career path. Work towards something and be passionate!
